and Construction for Nile Business City by Nile Developments, the Highest
Vertical City in Africa, Phase 1 project in the New Administrative Capital.
Consisting of Towers A and B, this massive development stands as one of the
most ambitious high-rise projects in the region, pushing the boundaries of
engineering and sustainable design. This project represents a major milestone
for our firm as we handle a scale of unprecedented complexity:
▪️183,266 sqm Gross Floor Area | A massive footprint in the heart of the
NAC.
▪️Over 60 Floors | Dominating the skyline with high-performance vertical
engineering.
