Located in the heart of Riyadh, the project has 2,034 parking spaces

▪️ This is the first Parksmart-certified project in Saudi Arabia.

The development integrates a monorail station supporting more sustainable mobility across the district, Rooftop shaded parking equipped with Photovoltaic panels and  Pedestrian and bike paths promoting active transportation
